I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2019 with my MFA in Writing and have primarily worked as a freelance writer over the past seven years. I frequently work with brands that allow me to lean into my expertise in health science, writing more than 3,000 articles for two of the most visited health websites in the world, Healthline Media and Medical News Today.
Since May 2025, I’ve been the editor-in-chief at The Oval Update, a global track and field news organization.
